Returns Policy

We custom make each personalized item just for you because each item is custom, handmade at the time of order, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

Please note:

- Every item is handmade by us just for you at the time of order, we start working on your order within 24 hours of receipt.
- We strive for a long- lasting, quality product that will last a lifetime!
- We stand behind our craftsmanship, if an error is made on our part we will go to every effort to provide a resolution,

- Discounts codes may be used at checkout.  If a discount code was not used at checkout we cannot edit order for discount once order is placed.
- We cannot remake items where the wrong font or color was ordered. So we ask that you review the color charts, font charts, item details tab & shipping tab (processing times) prior to purchase to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase.

- If an item is damage in shipping we will ship a replacement stone.
