I would highly recommend this company! They have great customer service sends email to keep you up to date. I sent a photo of our dog that passed away and the stone they engraved looked just like her with her name and a saying it was beautiful!!! Put it in front of the front porch.
No quality control. Not at all what is advertised. Little if any customer support and no desire to find a solution to a problem. Would not recommend anyone to buy a stone from Design A Stone. The only reason I bought was because my sister wanted to gift me this. I normally check reviews ahead of ordering, but I failed to do so in this case and regret it. A BBB rating of D- would have kept me from ordering. Now I find myself fighting for a refund or for Design A Stone to provide me with a product that I can be proud to display. What I received is insulting.
I have sent several emails and called and left a message. I am very unhappy as the stone came and was damaged. It was a wedding my gift for a wedding that is May 30.
The stone exceeded my expectations. The solar light works wonderful and makes it visible at night. Easy installation and we love it.

It is beautiful! I planted pines last fall for my son's cross minutes from where we live where he was hit from behind by a hit and run driver and killed. The pines did not make the winter. My stone for him is what I needed to do and I thank you so much for making it possible and perfect.
It took me a while to get this completed since there is no way to speak directly to a customer assistant. I was very pleased with all 3 stones received. Hopefully they will hold up well. Thanks.
