I really like my stone and appreciate the quality and quick turnaround. I have one suggestion and that would be to wrap the stone in a plastic bag, so the Styrofoam pieces do not spill out all over the floor. I ended up using my leaf blower to blow off all the small Styrofoam pieces off the stone before installing it in my circle drive garden.
I was in contact with a Great Rep Kristine, she was very helpful on the Beautiful Solar Light I ordered. This Solar Light, made the Stone you made for me look Outstanding at night.

Stone arrived upon opening a small chip in lower left hand corner. It did not present a problem but I did let support know about chip otherwise we really very happy with our 2 designs we have received
Beautiful and everything I wanted. I am concerned for the length of the rod. I don't think it's long enough for the size of the stone.

I just bought my third stone. All three stones were custom orders. Ordering is easy, they arrived very quickly and the quality is excellent. I couldn't be happier.
My neighbors have been quite impressed with my stone. They want to know who's buried there . . . My only disappointment is that the dark engraving doesn't stand out very well from the relatively dark Greystone. Sandstone might have been better although it wouldn't go as well with the color of our home. Also anxious to see how it holds up over the winter in the weather.
100% satisfied. The craftsmanship is very professional, the etchings on the numbers and logo are deep and visible from the street.
The solar light was placed in the box in such a way that it got all scratched up from the stone. The protective film helped a little but there are deep scratches on the lens. Please update the method on which these are placed in the box with the stone.

We like the sign but the "WELCOME" would look even better if the word was bolder, stood out more!
