Love the stone, bought the large one. It was chipped and damaged. Sent email about the problem, received no response. I even paid the extra for 'shipping insurance'... no reply back. Then to top it off, the LED solar light lense was cracked and will probably fail due to moisture as there is no longer any integrity to the unit. BIG FAIL on the process; aside from the damage to the stone (which looks like it was prior to shipping, as there was no concrete residue in package, so can't blame the shipper on this, but bad Quality Control.)
I'm sure had it arrived undamaged, and had they at least responded with some sort of resolution offer, I'd have provided positive review. Being a new small business perhaps they need some more experience. The product is good, the customer service, not so much.
I'd love to rate it. I sent an email about the fact that the stone was chipped, first strike; I also mentioned that the LED Spotlight was also cracked on the lens, second strike. Didn't bother to respond to my email about the condition of the stone or the light, or that a I paid extra for the shipping insurance. Third strike. Not a good way to do business. Had you responded to me, I'd have told you I could live with the damage to the stone, just replace the LED light. Since you did NOT respond I'll give you a bad review so other can see what they will be dealing with. Don't know if this feeds back to my email address if you choose to contact me; but here is a hint "chiefusnret99".
Even damaged the little LED Solar Light appears to work just great, we'll see how long since the lens is cracked and compromised to moisture now.
Be Careful, these Stone's are Addicting!! I'm about to order my 6th one! The Quality is Amazing, wish it came with a Heavier piece of Rebar especially the Bigger stones 21×21!! Customer Service is Amazing took care of my order no Questions Asked! Thank You Design a Stone ❤️
Absolutely love my stone. Thank you for excellent workmanship and fast service.
Love the way it looks! Very happy with this addition to our landscaped area. Needed an address marker for the house and wanted something different with some personality and this is perfect!
The design was superb (including the drawing of a sunrise). I would have liked a bigger stone if one were available but sadly 21" was the largest I could purchase.
Great lights! Bright lights that illuminates outdoor deck and landscaping. Very satisfied.
The address stone was a surprise gift and they loved it! Very well packed and shipped and dileliveted in about a week! Very impressed
I luv it, it is awesome. Only bad thing I have 2 say is, it had a chip at at the bottom from delivery. Not noticeable, just pray it wont crack further down the road. Other then that, awesome. T yall.
The stone is beautiful! It took me a while to decide on the design I wanted, and they were very patient with me. The first one that arrived had some smudged letters. The company replaced it at no charge. The second one was perfect!
I’m so proud of my profession and the opportunities it provided my children. I have a great feeling of pride when I see it in my yard. Everyone noticed and luved it.

I bought this for my granddaughter's wedding present and they BOTH loved it!! I would recommend this to anyone!! Thank you! You have an excellent product!
Very good design, however the stone has areas where the finishing paint was removed. I'm going to need to find some touch up paint to complete it. I can send pics if needed.
The Kansas University Jayhawk looks fantastic along with the Nebraska “N” by the entrance to our fire pit!!! We love them - thanks so much!
